Everything a buyer or specifier needs before an order, and who to ask for the parts that are not published. No email gate on the catalog; no form to read the glossary.

Document Format What it contains
Full series catalog Web page All 19 series with the printed specification table: model, quantity per carton, input window, output, dimensions, unit weight and carton data. Open catalog
Product datasheet (single series) PDF by email One page per series with electrical specification, derating curve, dimensions and terminal layout. Sent as a PDF the same working day. Request datasheet
CE and RoHS certificate copies PDF by email Certificate copy with number, issuing body and validity dates, for supplier qualification or customs. Provided with quotations on request. Request certificate
Aging and test record Batch log The full-load aging rack log and ICT yield figure for the specific production batch you are buying. Provided after the deposit, or before on request. See the quality system
OEM artwork specification Guideline Label size, print area, file format and colour reference for laser silk-screen printing and gift box artwork on OEM orders. OEM requirements
LED driver glossary Web page Twenty terms that appear in specifications and quotations, each defined in one paragraph with the practical consequence for the project. Open glossary

Documents are in English. Datasheets and certificate copies are sent by email within one working day — we do not publish a download library of files that go stale after the next product revision.

Before you ask

The three numbers that decide the answer

Most datasheet requests turn into a specification question. Sending these three numbers with the request gets a usable answer on the first reply.

1 · Connected load

Total wattage on the driver, not the strip's nominal figure. Add 20% headroom, then pick the wattage class.

2 · Output voltage

12 V for short runs, 24 V for anything over 10 m, 48 V for magnetic track. The voltage sets the series before the wattage does.

3 · Installation location

Indoor ceiling void, light box extrusion, or exposed facade. This decides IP20 versus IP67, and it is the number buyers most often leave out.
